  1. This looks like a great place to visit. Beautiful peaceful images. I’ve never been to a tea plantation. Actually, I just started drinking tea this year after my first experience with afternoon tea in London. I’ve been reading and studying about tea since then. I would love to do this.

    1. I drank tea when on my Kilimanjaro trek instead of coffee. It was a real treat every morning when the porters brought it to me every morning. I still drink tea regularly even though I’m home and not high up on Kilimanjaro.

  2. This is a lovely guide with great photos of Sri Lanka, would love to go trekking in the highlands and visit the tea plantations! Thanks for sharing

    1. Ever since my lovely morning tea when trekking Kilimanjaro, I have been in love with having a cup every morning. So refreshing! From what I understand, December to March are prime months to visit.

  9. Just visited Yala. Quite ambiguous feeling after seeing so many jeeps. Take a look at my recent reflection from this experience and comment it if you share or not the same feelings
