Walmart has always been my go-to grocery shopping destination. If you shop there at all, you pretty much know they carry everything needed to stick to my now month-old New Year’s resolutions.

February is here and I’m beginning the second month of the new year and new decade on a high note. While I may only be down by a few pounds, I’m thrilled to be losing inches in all of my tough-to-lose areas!
At the beginning of 2020, I switched to a healthier lifestyle and new eating plan. What have you done to keep your resolutions strong?
After focusing on the keto way of eating off and on for about ten years with varied success, I recently switched to an intermittent fasting routine where I eat only during certain hours of the day.
