Book Review: Dream Walker
Dream Walker by Larry Prosor
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Larry Prosor’s Dream Walker grabbed my attention right away and kept me engaged in the tale from the beginning to the end! I liked it so much it was good enough to keep me up at night well past my bedtime because I wanted to continue reading. This book examines the forces of environmental preservation versus the forces of corporate development. Through the use of interesting and authentic dialog, beautiful descriptive language and the concept of time travel through dreams, the author explores modern day struggles to preserve the environment with the struggles of colonization in 1700’s California. Throw in some details of surfing in California, which I’ve always wanted to do myself, and the dream is complete. I thoroughly enjoyed my complimentary copy of Dream Walker and give it a big thumbs up.
